who maintain at least two years loan closing experience, are bonded, and carry errors and
omissions insurance.

Provide all necessary notary signing
agents between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Closings taking place after 5:30 p.m.
will be handled on an as-needed basis.

Be required to close multiple buyer-side
only purchases as deemed necessary during these hours.
